A valid credit card (VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS) is required to guarantee your reservation. You can choose to enter your credit card details on a secure server or you can send them to us by fax.
GUARANTEE
- 1 night deposit upon your reservation is confirmed. Full payment must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival of guest. If no payment is received by such period, we reserve the right to release the booking. All payments should be made in United States Dollars.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW
- A cancellation fee of USD5.00 will be imposed where cancellation is made upon your reservation is confirmed. The above cancellation fee is required to offset booking, communication and administration charges.
- Any cancellation of booking less than 14 days notice prior to arrival will be charged for 1 room night.
- Any cancellation of booking less than 3 days notice prior to arrival or voluntary no-show will be charged in full of your total net reservation.
- In the event of hotel booking, early departure and/or early check-out will be charged in full of your total net reservation.
- Force majeure - the hotels shall not be held responsible for results of force-majeure and circumstances beyond our control. This includes but not limited to war, riots, fire, acts of nature and illegal acts.
Peak Season - Dec 20 to Jan 05
- Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival - a cancellation fee of USD5.00
- In the peak season 20/Dec to 05/Jan, cancellation fee equal to the total amount of length of stay shall apply for any cancellation made within 30 days notice prior to arrival.
- Additional surcharge maybe imposed for Special Dinner, December 24 Christmas Eve and December 31 New Year Eve.
High Season - Jul 01 to Sept 30
- Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival - a cancellation fee of USD5.00
- In the high season 01/Jul to 30/Sept, cancellation fee equal to the total amount of length of stay shall apply for any cancellation made within 30 days notice prior to arrival.
Low Season - Jan 06 to Jun 30 and Oct 01 to Dec 19
- Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival - a cancellation fee of USD5.00
- Any cancellation of booking less than 14 days notice prior to arrival will be charged for 1 room night.
- Any cancellation of booking less than 3 days notice prior to arrival or voluntary no-show will be charged in full of your total net reservation.
